The B.A.D. Project is our movement. It’s our podcast, events, team, and our mission. It’s a lifestyle built around getting people out of their own heads, and out of their own way. We’re here to help others destroy poor mental health by replacing it with momentum, meaning, and something real to love.

And then there’s The B.A.D. Operation. Our structured, habit-driven program for those people ready to go all in. It’s not about perfection. It’s about action. Daily steps. Real change. A complete reset, built around the life you want to live.

Forced to Act

We’ve lost people. Too many.

People who didn’t have an outlet. People who only had negativity, silence, and stigma to fall back on. People who thought speaking up would make them weak.

The dark days found them. And they didn’t think they were allowed to say anything.

That’s what this is about. That’s why we became this.
Depression, anxiety, suicide, and shame are stealing people we love — people like us — every day. And we’re not okay with that.

We built The B.A.D. Project to say what most people won’t:
It’s not weakness to struggle. It’s death to stay silent.

We don’t want to lose anyone else.
Not to quiet suffering. Not to stigma.
Not to the idea that they are alone in it.

This is our way of fighting back — so others don’t have to fall.

Action

Action Is Everything. When you fall in a hole, you dig. When you are attacked, you react. When life hits hard, you don’t just stand there, you act. Mental health is no different. To get better, we have to ACT. That’s it. No magical answer. Just action.

We Need You

Silence Is the Real Danger. Society tells us to "shut up" or "stay quiet", and not talk about what’s wrong. That makes people think they’re weak for struggling, but the truth is, we all do. Everyone has bad days. What matters is what you do with them. In the same way that we talk about healthy eating and fitness, we need to talk about mental strength and how to build it.

Don’t Wait to Be Fixed. Start Moving. Admitting something is off is the first win. That’s where momentum comes from. Sometimes all it takes is a conversation, a workout, a journal entry, a walk. But you’ve got to do something. Sitting still won’t save you, and waiting for someone else to fix it only leaves you behind.

We’re building toward real-world change: workshops, funded programs, traveling events, and full-scale retreats where people can reconnect with themselves, through distraction, movement, and purpose.

The Endgame?
A community of our own.
Facilities utilizing the landscapes on this earth to connect back to reality. Somewhere people can train, talk, learn, and live, even if just for a few days.
