Shipping Policy
At The B.A.D. Project, every order is prepared with care and purpose. Our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality for our community. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping:


Order Processing Time

  • Many of our products are made to order, which means we begin producing your items after your purchase is complete.

  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

  • During busier seasons, sales events, or unexpected supply delays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver something worth the wait.


Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Please note: Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.


Combined Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock availability and production timelines.

  • You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.


International Orders

  • We are proud to ship internationally.

  • However, international delivery times vary widely depending on customs processing and location.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • Please note that all international sales are final (see our Return Policy for full details).


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly first using your tracking number.
