At The B.A.D. Project, we believe in building better habits—and part of that is being clear and fair about how we handle returns and refunds. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Apparel & Merchandise – Return Policy
If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, we accept returns on apparel and merchandise under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.

You must request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

Because our products are made to order, returned items may be donated or recycled if they are eligible for return.

The item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return
Important Details

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
International Orders – Important Information
At this time, all international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any orders shipped outside of the United States.
Please make sure to review all size charts carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions at info@thebadproject.com before you order.
Once an international package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, customs fees, lost shipments, or damaged goods.
We appreciate your understanding and your trust in The B.A.D. Project.
No Returns On Certain Products
To maintain the integrity and quality of our products, we do not accept returns on the following:

Sale items

Stickers

Hats
-
Accessories
-
Mouth Mortar (or any nutritional/wellness products)

Any challenge rewards (such as coins, shirts, hoodies, or hats earned through The B.A.D. Operation)
All sales on these items are final. No exceptions.
